1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and jajya9 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jajya9 website located at https://jajya9.app and all associated services, features, and content offered therein.

By accessing the jajya9 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

jajya9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register an account with jajya9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jajya9 operates a strict minimum age policy consistent with responsible gaming principles. Any individual found to be under 21 will have their account closed without notice.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of others.
• You are registering one account only. Multiple accounts linked to the same individual, device, IP address, payment method, or household are prohibited.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register and have not previously had an account closed by jajya9 for breach of these Terms.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to keep your account details updated at all times.

jajya9 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

In order to protect the integrity of the platform and comply with our internal anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations, jajya9 may at any time request that you provide documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and payment methods. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate confirming your age and identity.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number).

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. jajya9 reserves the right to suspend account activity, including placing bets and processing withdrawals, while a KYC review is ongoing. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jajya9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via supported local payment methods.

Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Availability of specific methods may vary from time to time; please refer to the Payments section of the platform for the current list.

The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your jajya9 account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider. Processing times are typically under two minutes for mobile money transfers.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are processed on the same business day for verified accounts submitting requests before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the following business day.
• jajya9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• jajya9 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where unusual betting patterns or transaction activity has been identified.

5. Betting Rules and Bet Placement

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of all bets on jajya9:

• A bet is only accepted and confirmed once the platform displays a unique bet reference number. Any bet that does not receive a confirmation reference should be considered void.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, unless the bet was placed in error due to a manifest technical fault or obvious pricing error on the part of jajya9. In such cases, jajya9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief delay between submission and acceptance to account for real-time data latency. jajya9 does not guarantee acceptance of all in-play bets submitted during this window.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement.
• jajya9 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet, accumulator, or combination bet at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the official match data and result source used by jajya9 at the time of settlement shall be the authoritative record. Queries regarding settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the event conclusion via email to [email protected].

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

jajya9 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms communicated alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible markets, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from a free bet stake (i.e., net profit, not the stake itself) are credited to your real-money balance.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
• jajya9 reserves the right to withdraw or reclaim any bonus awarded as a result of a technical error, system fault, or breach of these Terms.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or other forms of bonus exploitation — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Responsible Gaming

jajya9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its player base. The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set reminders or hard time limits on individual gaming sessions.
• Self-exclusion: Players wishing to exclude themselves from jajya9 for a defined period or permanently may submit a self-exclusion request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being processed.

8. Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jajya9 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never disclose your password to any third party, including jajya9 customer support representatives (who will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

jajya9 cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jajya9 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sporting events.
• Any activity that constitutes or is connected to match-fixing, corruption, or the manipulation of sporting events.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use jajya9 as a vehicle for the conversion, concealment, or transfer of illegally obtained funds.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing jajya9 using a VPN, proxy, or similar service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Any action that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jajya9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service failures.
• Errors in odds, results, or game outcomes caused by data feed interruptions from third-party providers, provided that jajya9 takes all reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by your payment provider rather than jajya9.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the jajya9 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game titles, and design elements — is the exclusive property of jajya9 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jajya9 platform without the prior written consent of jajya9.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Governing Law and Disputes
